One of the most underrated skills in communications is anticipating what our audience will care about.
AI helps me do this in seconds.
Whenever we’re preparing a message, I ask:
- “What questions will my audience ask after reading this?”
-“What concerns might they have?”
-“What information is missing for full understanding?”
AI gives me:
- clarifying questions
- pain points
- emotional reactions
- logistical questions
- what people will ask in the comments
- what needs to be addressed proactively
Then I turn those into:
- FAQs
- clearer messaging
- graphics
- additional posts
Most frustration comes from unanswered questions.
