One of the hardest parts of communications isn’t the writing. It’s figuring out what to ask in the first place.
Sometimes you’re given information and think:
“Okay… what do I do with this?”
“What questions should I be asking?”
“What am I missing?”
“What will my audience be confused about?”
Here’s the AI hack that saves me when I’m staring at something confusing and don’t even know where to start: The Reverse Prompt
I paste the content into AI and simply ask:
“Tell me what I need to know that I’m not seeing yet.” or
“What questions should a communicator ask about this?” or
“What parts of this might confuse my audience?”
AI will point out:
ambiguous wording
details missing for public understanding
potential misinformation triggers
points needing clarification
what your audience may ask
what I should double check
The Reverse Prompt keeps me ahead of problems - not reacting to them.
